AN ACT concerning health.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Lead Poisoning Prevention Act is amended by
changing Section 1 as follows:
(410 ILCS 45/1) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 1301)
Sec. 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the Lead
Poisoning Prevention Act.
