Bill Title: Amends the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act. Includes myoclonic-astatic epilepsy in the definition of "debilitating medical condition". Provides that the Department of Public Health shall adopt rules for the issuance of a registry identification card for qualifying patients who are under 18 years of age and suffering from myoclonic-astatic epilepsy.

AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 2636
2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 2636 as follows:
3on page 9, line 21, after "epilepsy", by inserting ", or as
4provided by administrative rule"; and
5on page 9, line 25, after the period, by inserting "The
6Department of Public Health may adopt rules to allow other
7individuals under 18 years of age to become registered
8qualifying patients under this Act with the consent of a parent
9or legal guardian. Registered qualifying patients under 18
10years of age shall be prohibited from consuming forms of
11cannabis other than medical cannabis infused products and
12purchasing any usable cannabis.".
