AN ACT concerning fish.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Fish and Aquatic Life Code is amended by
adding Sections 1-27 and 1-51 as follows:
(515 ILCS 5/1-27 new)
Sec. 1-27. Combination license. "Combination license"
means an electronic or physical license authorizing the person
to take a certain type of fish or animal during a specified
period of time.

Sec. 1-51. Fishing license. "Fishing license" means an
electronic or physical license authorizing the person to take a
certain type of fish during a specified period of time.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law.
