AN ACT concerning finance.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Capital Development Bond Act of 1972 is
amended by changing Section 1 as follows:
(30 ILCS 420/1) (from Ch. 127, par. 751)
Sec. 1.
This Act shall be known and and may be cited as the
"Capital Development Bond Act of 1972".
