Amends the Election Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning expenses of conducting a primary election.

1 AN ACT concerning elections.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Election Code is amended by changing
5Section 7-6 as follows:
6 (10 ILCS 5/7-6) (from Ch. 46, par. 7-6)
7 Sec. 7-6. The The expense of conducting each primary,
8including the per diem of judges, furnishing, warming,
9lighting and maintaining the polling place, and all other
10expenses necessarily incurred in the preparation for or
11conducting such primary shall be paid in the same manner, and
12by the same authorities or officers as provided in Sections
1317-30 through 17-32 of this Code.
