Bill Title: Amends the Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act. Provides that any person required to report under the Act shall complete no less than 4 hours of training every year to recognize signs of domestic violence against minors and non-minors. Provides that training may be conducted by any local domestic violence shelter, hospital, or other domestic violence advocacy group.

2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

4 | Section 5. The Abused and Neglected Child Reporting Act is | |||||||||||||||||||
5 | amended by adding Section 4.03 as follows:
