2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
3 | Representatives are saddened to learn of the death of
James | ||||||
4 | Earl Rencher, who passed away on July 7, 2012; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, James Rencher was born on August 13, 1949; his | ||||||
6 | parents were J.W. and Louise Rencher; and
| ||||||
7 | WHEREAS, James Rencher accepted Christ and was baptized at | ||||||
8 | the age of 12 at Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church in | ||||||
9 | Morley, Missouri; he was educated in the R-3 School District in | ||||||
10 | Oran, Missouri; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, James Rencher served his country as a member of | ||||||
12 | the United States Army during the Vietnam War from 1969 to | ||||||
13 | 1971; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, James Rencher was employed at McDonnell Douglas | ||||||
15 | Corporation and IBM for 25 years; he worked in information | ||||||
16 | technology for many years; and

17 | WHEREAS, James Rencher is survived by his wife, Joan; his | ||||||
18 | daughter, Stacie Johnson (Brandon); his beloved grandchildren, | ||||||
19 | Owen and Ethan; his parents; his siblings, Mary Phillips | ||||||
20 | (Francisco), John Rencher (Gwendolyn), Ann Mann (Al), Bettie |

5 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
6 | NINETY-SEVENTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
7 | we mourn, along with his family and friends, the passing of | ||||||
8 | James Earl Rencher; and be it further
