HOUSE RESOLUTION
2 RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE
3HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the
4Rules of the House of Representatives of the 100th General
5Assembly are amended by adding Rule 89.5 as follows:
6 (House Rule 89.5 new)
7 89.5. Reporting. Any member who is subjected to or
8witnesses conduct that the member reasonably believes to be
9sexual harassment, discrimination, or other unethical conduct
10is strongly encouraged to report the conduct to the Speaker,
11the Minority Leader, an Ethics Officer, or the Legislative
12Inspector General.
