| 2 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE | ||||||
| 3 | HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that the | ||||||
| 4 | Rules of the House of Representatives of the 100th General | ||||||
| 5 | Assembly are amended by adding Rule 89.5 as follows:

| 7 | 89.5. Reporting. Any member who is subjected to or | ||||||
| 8 | witnesses conduct that the member reasonably believes to be | ||||||
| 9 | sexual harassment, discrimination, or other unethical conduct | ||||||
| 10 | is strongly encouraged to report the conduct to the Speaker, | ||||||
| 11 | the Minority Leader, an Ethics Officer, or the Legislative | ||||||
| 12 | Inspector General.
