| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Quincy | ||||||
| 4 | Kalkbrenner, of Lena-Winslow High School, on becoming the 2014 | ||||||
| 5 | Illinois High School Association Class 1A 160-pound Division | ||||||
| 6 | Wrestling State Champion; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Quincy Kalkbrenner compiled a career record of | ||||||
| 8 | 165-13 and is a 4-time State qualifier; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, This is Quincy Kalkbrenner's second State | ||||||
| 10 | championship; he placed 3rd as a sophomore; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Quincy Kalkbrenner was a member of the 2012 State | ||||||
| 12 | Dual Team Runner-Up; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Quincy Kalkbrenner helped his team to a 74-11 | ||||||
| 14 | record over his career; therefore, be it

| 15 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 16 | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 17 | we congratulate Quincy Kalkbrenner on becoming the 2014 | ||||||
| 18 | Illinois High School Association Class 1A 160-pound Division | ||||||
| 19 | Wrestling State Champion; and be it further
