| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to congratulate Jon and Jen Trotter of | ||||||
| 4 | Chicago on becoming the proud parents of a beautiful baby | ||||||
| 5 | daughter, Lilliana Grace Trotter, on January 1, 2018 at | ||||||
| 6 | 10:06p.m.; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Baby Lilliana weighed eight pounds and 15 ounces | ||||||
| 8 | and was 21 inches long at birth; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, It is our hope that they will experience only joy | ||||||
| 10 | and pleasure as they watch their
child grow into womanhood; | ||||||
| 11 | therefore, be it

| 12 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE | ||||||
