Bill Title: Resolves that the Board of Higher Education (i) develop a model trustee curriculum for public university board of trustee members, (ii) conduct mandatory training for current and future trustees on the proper role of a trustee, and (iii) report to the General Assembly on a set of expectations for an appropriate procurement policy for each public university.
