| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives are pleased to congratulate Barbara Laimins on | ||||||
| 4 | retiring from teaching at Community High School in School | ||||||
| 5 | District 94; and
| ||||||
| 6 | WHEREAS, Barbara Laimins has served the school district as | ||||||
| 7 | a social studies teacher, a Junior Statesmen of America | ||||||
| 8 | sponsor, student council advisor, National Honor Society | ||||||
| 9 | Sponsor, class sponsor, and the founder of the Equestrian Club; | ||||||
| 10 | she co-created the World Studies Program and the Abnormal | ||||||
| 11 | Psychology curriculum; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Barbara Laimins served as the president of the | ||||||
| 13 | West Chicago Teacher's Association and has been an active | ||||||
| 14 | fundraiser for District 94's Education Foundation; therefore, | ||||||
| 15 | be it

| 16 | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE | ||||||
| 17 | NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that | ||||||
| 18 | we congratulate Barbara Laimins on her retirement from teaching | ||||||
| 19 | at Community High School, thank her for her contributions to | ||||||
| 20 | the students of School District 94, and wish her all the best | ||||||
| 21 | with her future endeavours; and be it further
