| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois House of | ||||||
| 3 | Representatives wish to congratulate Hunter Protsman of Macomb | ||||||
| 4 | Jr. High School, on winning the 2017 Illinois Elementary School | ||||||
| 5 | Association 100-pound eighth grade individual State wrestling | ||||||
| 6 | title; and

| 7 | WHEREAS, Hunter Protsman defeated Xavier Vinson of Cahokia | ||||||
| 8 | Wirth Middle School on March 11, 2017 at the Convocation Center | ||||||
| 9 | at Northern Illinois University; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, This is the first State Championship for Hunter | ||||||
| 11 | Protsman; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Hunter Protsman has been a regular at State in | ||||||
| 13 | recent years; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Hunter Protsman is coached by Anthony Westen and | ||||||
| 15 | Emmett Hall; therefore, be it
