AN ACT concerning government.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Oil and Gas Wells on Public Lands Act is
amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(5 ILCS 615/0.01) (from Ch. 96 1/2, par. 5000)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Oil and Gas Wells on Public Lands Act.
