Authorizes the Department of Transportation to execute and deliver an easement for maintenance purposes of specified land in Cook County to the Village of Forest Park for $1. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning property.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. Upon the payment of the sum of $1 to the State
of Illinois, and subject to the conditions set forth in this
Act, the Department of Transportation, on behalf of the State
of Illinois, is authorized to execute and deliver to the
Village of Forest Park an easement of the following real
property in Cook County: on the southeast corner of Des
Plaines Avenue and Industrial Drive in the Village of Forest
Park, the Township of Proviso beginning at the northern tip of
the easement and spanning 50 feet south on Des Plaines Avenue.
Section 10. The easement of real property authorized by
Section 5 shall be made subject to existing public utilities,
existing public roads, and any and all reservations,
easements, encumbrances, covenants, and restrictions of
record.
Section 15. The Department of Transportation shall obtain
a certified copy of the portions of this Act within 60 days
after its effective date and, upon receipt of the payment
required by Section 5, if any payment is required, shall
record the certified document in the Recorder's Office in the

County in which the land is located.
Section 20. This easement shall be used for maintenance
purposes only.
