1 AN ACT concerning wildlife.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by adding Section
53.37.5 as follows:
6 (520 ILCS 5/3.37.5 new)
7 Sec. 3.37.5. Maximum over-the-counter deer permits. A
8person may not be issued more than 2 firearm deer permits, 2
9muzzleloading rifle deer permits, or a combination of one of
10each, per season from over-the-counter (OTC) agents designated
11by the Department under Section 3.37.
