AN ACT concerning wildlife.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Wildlife Code is amended by adding Section
3.37.5 as follows:
(520 ILCS 5/3.37.5 new)
Sec. 3.37.5. Maximum over-the-counter deer permits. A
person may not be issued more than 2 firearm deer permits, 2
muzzleloading rifle deer permits, or a combination of one of
each, per season from over-the-counter (OTC) agents designated
by the Department under Section 3.37.
