AN ACT concerning health.
| ||||
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||
Section 5. The Mental Health and Developmental | ||||
Disabilities Code is amended by adding Section 1-102.1 as | ||||
follows:

(405 ILCS 5/1-102.1 new) | ||||
Sec. 1-102.1. "Clinical professional counselor" means a | ||||
person licensed as a clinical professional counselor in | ||||
accordance with the Professional Counselor and Clinical | ||||
Professional Counselor Licensing and Practice Act.

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||
becoming law.
