SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
210 ILCS 55/2.04 from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 2802.04

Amends the Home Health, Home Services, and Home Nursing Agency Licensing Act. Provides that "home health agency" includes a public agency or private organization that provides the services of a physician licensed to practice medicine in all its branch and at least one other home health service.

2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Home Health, Home Services, and Home Nursing
5Agency Licensing Act is amended by changing Section 2.04 as
6follows:
7 (210 ILCS 55/2.04) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 2802.04)
8 Sec. 2.04. "Home Health Agency" means a public agency or
9private organization that provides (1) skilled nursing
10services or the services of a physician licensed to practice
11medicine in all its branches and (2) at least one other home
12health service as defined by this Act.
