AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Home Health, Home Services, and Home Nursing
Agency Licensing Act is amended by changing Section 2.04 as
follows:
(210 ILCS 55/2.04) (from Ch. 111 1/2, par. 2802.04)
Sec. 2.04. "Home Health Agency" means a public agency or
private organization that provides (1) skilled nursing
services or the services of a physician licensed to practice
medicine in all its branches and (2) at least one other home
health service as defined by this Act.
