Bill Title: Reappropriates $75,000 from an appropriation made in Public Act 103-6 from the Build Illinois Bond Fund to the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity for a grant to the City of St. Elmo (rather than to the St. Elmo Historical Society) for all costs associated with the renovation of the Elmo movie theater. Effective July 1, 2024.
