| 1 | AN ACT concerning veterans.
| ||||||
| 2 | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||||
| 3 | represented in the General Assembly:
| ||||||
| 4 | Section 5. The Department of Veterans Affairs Act is | ||||||
| 5 | amended by adding Section 2.11 as follows:

| 6 | (20 ILCS 2805/2.11 new) | ||||||
| 7 | Sec. 2.11. Advertising for employees at veterans medical | ||||||
| 8 | facilities. The Department may spend up to $30,000 per fiscal | ||||||
| 9 | year for the purpose of advertising seeking employees to fill | ||||||
| 10 | open positions at veterans medical facilities.

| 11 | Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon | ||||||
| 12 | becoming law.
