AN ACT concerning transportation.

Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
| ||||
represented in the General Assembly:

Section 5. The Illinois Vehicle Code is amended by adding | ||||
Section 18d-185 as follows:

Sec. 18d-185. Consumer complaints against safety | ||||
relocators. The Commission shall post a notice of the | ||||
administrative citations issued to a safety relocator and the | ||||
disposition of the administrative citation on its website.
