AN ACT concerning criminal law.
|
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
|
represented in the General Assembly:
|
Section 5. The Illinois Controlled Substances Act is |
amended by changing Section 204 as follows:
|

Sec. 204. (a) The controlled substances listed in this |
Section are
included in Schedule I. |
(b) Unless specifically excepted or unless listed in |
another
schedule, any of the following opiates, including their |

whenever the existence of such isomers, esters, |

Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon |
becoming law.
