1 AN ACT concerning civil law.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Local Governmental and Governmental
5Employees Tort Immunity Act is amended by changing Section
63-107 as follows:
7 (745 ILCS 10/3-107) (from Ch. 85, par. 3-107)
8 Sec. 3-107. Neither a local public entity nor nor a public
9employee is liable for an injury caused by a condition of: (a)
10Any road which provides access to fishing, hunting, or
11primitive camping, recreational, or scenic areas and which is
12not a (1) city, town or village street (2) county, state or
13federal highway or (3) a township or other road district
14highway. (b) Any hiking, riding, fishing or hunting trail.
