AN ACT concerning regulation.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The Telecommunications Facility Fire and
Emergency Act is amended by changing Section 0.01 as follows:
(220 ILCS 45/0.01) (from Ch. 111 2/3, par. 1550)
Sec. 0.01. Short title. This Act may be cited as the the
Telecommunications Facility Fire and Emergency Act.
