| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 2555

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 2555 on page 1, line | ||||||
| 3 | 12, after the period, by inserting the following:

| 4 | "The tow fee does not have to be collected by the towing | ||||||
| 5 | company. If the vehicle is abandoned, then the towing company | ||||||
| 6 | is not responsible for paying the tow fee to the | ||||||
| 7 | municipality.".
