1 AN ACT concerning employment.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Victims' Economic Security and Safety Act is
5 amended by changing Section 40 as follows:
6 (820 ILCS 180/40)
7 Sec. 40. Notification. Every employer covered by this Act
8 shall post and and keep posted, in conspicuous places on the
9 premises of the employer where notices to employees are
10 customarily posted, a notice, to be prepared or approved by the
11 Director of Labor, summarizing the requirements of this Act and
12 information pertaining to the filing of a charge. The Director
13 shall furnish copies of summaries and rules to employers upon
14 request without charge.
