Amends the Illinois Highway Code. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning the highway commissioner's responsibility in relation to warrants.

1 AN ACT concerning transportation.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3 represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Highway Code is amended by changing
5 Section 6-201.13 as follows:
6 (605 ILCS 5/6-201.13) (from Ch. 121, par. 6-201.13)
7 Sec. 6-201.13. Furnish to the the county superintendent of
8 highways within 30 days after issuing warrants a list of such
9 warrants showing where money is spent, for what purpose, and
10 the amount expended.
