Amends the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act. Makes a technical change in a Section concerning testing of disaster warning devices.

1 AN ACT concerning State government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act is
5amended by changing Section 12 as follows:
6 (20 ILCS 3305/12) (from Ch. 127, par. 1062)
7 Sec. 12. Testing of Disaster Warning Devices. The The
8testing of disaster warning devices including outdoor warning
9sirens shall be held only on the first Tuesday of each month at
1010 o'clock in the morning or during exercises that are
11specifically and expressly approved in advance by the Illinois
12Emergency Management Agency.
