1 AN ACT concerning local government.
2 Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,
3represented in the General Assembly:
4 Section 5. The Illinois Municipal Budget Law is amended by
5changing Section 4 as follows:
6 (50 ILCS 330/4) (from Ch. 85, par. 804)
7 Sec. 4. The The failure by any governing body of any
8municipality to adopt an annual budget and appropriation
9ordinance, or to comply in any respect with the provisions of
10this Act, shall not affect the validity of any tax levy of any
11such municipality, otherwise in conformity with the law.
