Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. In provisions prohibiting certain individual or group health benefit plans from imposing prior authorization requirements on medications prescribed or administered for the treatment of substance use disorder, provides that the prohibition includes limitations on dosage. Makes similar changes in the Medical Assistance Article of the Illinois Public Aid Code. Effective immediately.
