Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Deletes provision that any entity or system for integration (transmitting the data maintained by the Prescription Monitoring Program) into an Electronic Health Records System, Certified Health IT Module, Pharmacy Dispensing System, or Pharmacy Management System must meet applicable requirements outlined in administrative rules of the Department of Human Services. Provides that any entity or system for integration (transmitting the data maintained by the Prescription Monitoring Program) into an Electronic Health Records System, Certified Health IT Module, Pharmacy Dispensing System, or Pharmacy Management System that meets either the requirements of at least one certification criterion adopted under the Office of National Coordinator for Health Information Technology (ONC) or HITRUST certification shall be deemed qualified by the Department of Human Services to integrate pharmacy records with the Prescription Monitoring Program, subject to specified requirements. Defines "one-to-one secure link".
