Bill Title: Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971. Provides that an annuitant, survivor, or retired employee whose coverage has been terminated for nonpayment of premiums may re-enroll in the program during the next annual benefit choice period if he or she has fully paid all previous nonpayments prior to that re-enrollment. Provides that the changes added by the amendatory Act are inoperative on and after January 1, 2022. Makes conforming changes. Effective immediately.
