Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Adds a state of Mexico to the definition of "state". Provides that an applicant for a school bus driving permit cannot have been convicted of committing or attempting to commit specific offenses under the Criminal Code of 2012. Provides that an applicant cannot have been convicted of committing or attempting to commit a felony under the Cannabis Control Act. Provides that an applicant cannot have been convicted of committing or attempting to commit a felony under the Illinois Controlled Substances Act, the Methamphetamine Control and Community Protection Act, or the Methamphetamine Precursor Control Act. Provides that an applicant cannot have been convicted of committing or attempting to commit a felony under the Liquor Control Act of 1934.
