Bill Title: Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that repair and replacement parts transferred as part of a goodwill repair of exempt farm machinery and equipment are also exempt from the taxes imposed under the Acts.
