Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Income Tax Act. Provides that the income tax checkoff for the U.S.S. Illinois Commissioning Fund applies for taxable years ending on or after December 31, 2015 (instead of December 31, 2014) and ending on or before December 31, 2017 (instead of December 31, 2016). Provides that the provisions creating the checkoff are repealed on December 31, 2018 (instead of December 31, 2017). Effective immediately.
