Bill Title: Amends the Intergovernmental Cooperation Act. Provides that any 2 or more school districts may, by intergovernmental agreement, establish a mutually beneficial technology exchange program to provide for the sharing of education resources, including computers, tablets, electronic readers, and other technology. Provides that a school district that participates in a technology exchange program shall biennially report to the State Board of Education on the results of the technology exchange program, including the benefits to students and challenges related to the school district's participation in the technology exchange program.
