Bill Title: Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987. Repeals the automatic transfer of a case to adult court for prosecution under the criminal laws of the State of a minor who at the time of an offense was at least 16 years of age and who is charged with first degree murder, aggravated criminal sexual assault, or aggravated battery with a firearm where the minor personally discharged the firearm and caused injury to another person, and all other charges arising out of the same incident as the murder, sexual assault, or aggravated battery with a firearm. Makes conforming changes.
