Bill Title: Appropriates the sum of $250,000, or so much of that sum as may be necessary, from the General Revenue Fund to the Board of Higher Education for grants to a statewide association of public pension funds affiliated with a public institution of higher education to develop and deliver an in-person financial literacy training program for public employees. Effective July 1, 2023.
