Bill Title: Amends the Trustees of Schools Article of the School Code. Allows the school board of any school district whose territory forms a part of a Class II county school unit to withdraw from the jurisdiction and authority of the trustees of schools of the township in which the school district is located and the township treasurer, provided that the school board elects or appoints its own school treasurer. Makes related changes.
