Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act. Contains provisions concerning provisional certification and provisional decertification of Enterprise Zones. Further provides that if the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity determines that 60% or more of the businesses receiving tax incentives because of their location within a particular Enterprise Zone fail to submit specified required information to the Department in any calendar year, then the Enterprise Zone may be decertified by the Department. Makes conforming.
