Bill Title: Amends the School Code. Provides that the State Board of Education's school report cards must include the most current data on the number and percentage of students who received direct advanced instruction (rather than direct instruction) from a teacher who holds a gifted education endorsement and the number and percentage of students who received direct advanced instruction from a teacher who does not hold a gifted education endorsement. Effective immediately.
