Bill Title: Amends the Employment of Teachers Article of the School Code. With respect to minimum salaries, provides that if a school board establishes a schedule for teachers' salaries based on education and experience, then all licensed paraprofessionals employed by that board shall be paid at least one-half of the teacher's rate in accordance with the provisions of such schedule. Effective immediately.
