Bill Title: Amends the Economic Development Area Tax Increment Allocation Act. Provides that economic development project costs include any direct or indirect costs relating to LEEDS certified construction elements. Defines "LEEDS certified" as any certification level of construction elements by a qualified Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Accredited Professional as determined by the U.S. Green Building Council.
