Bill Texts: IL HB6010 | 2015-2016 | 99th General Assembly
Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the failure to complete and transmit the Uniform Citation and Complaint form or conservation complaint to the clerk of court of the circuit court in which the violation occurred within 48 hours of arrest, so long as the Uniform Citation and Complaint form or conservation complaint are transmitted to clerk of court within 7 business days, shall not be the sole grounds for dismissal of the case.
