Bill Title: Amends the Law Enforcement Officer-Worn Body Camera Act. Provides that if the subject of the encounter captured on the recording made by the officer-worn body camera is not arrested or issued a summons as a result of the encounter, the law enforcement officer, during the encounter, must inform the subject of the encounter how he or she may obtain a copy of the recording. Effective immediately.
