Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Removes a requirement providing that contracts for legal, financial, and other professional and artistic services entered into on or before December 31, 2018 by the Illinois Finance Authority in which the State of Illinois is not obligated must be published in the Procurement Bulletin within 14 days after contract execution. Effective immediately.
