Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Finance Authority Act. Provides that the Illinois Finance Authority (instead of the State Treasurer) shall be custodian of the Illinois Agricultural Loan Guarantee Fund and the Illinois Farmer and Agribusiness Loan Guarantee Fund. Provides that all moneys in those Funds shall be paid by the State Treasurer to the Illinois Finance Authority no later than June 30, 2014, and, on and after that date, all future moneys deposited into the Illinois Agricultural Loan Guarantee Fund shall be paid by the State Treasurer to the Illinois Finance Authority as a continuing appropriation. Effective immediately.
