Bill Title: Amends the State Treasurer Act. In a Section concerning a college savings pool, provides that the term "qualified expenses" includes any qualified higher education expense allowed under specified provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. In a Section concerning the ABLE account program, provides the funds contained in a College Savings Pool account established under the Act may be rolled over into an eligible ABLE account to the extent permitted by specified provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Effective immediately.
