Bill Title: Amends the Disaster Service Volunteer Leave Act and the Local Government Disaster Service Volunteer Act. Provides that "disaster" includes any disaster declared by proclamation of the Governor under a specific provision of the Illinois Emergency Management Agency Act. Effective immediately.
