Bill Title: Amends provisions of "An Act in relation to the transfer of various property rights by the State", Public Act 84-974, authorizing the Director of Central Management Services to convey specified real estate to the Village of Maryville. Deletes language stating that the tract of land is for public purposes and the property shall revert to the State of Illinois if Maryville fails to use the land for public purposes. Effective immediately.
